What is spirituality and how are we to be spiritual? In order to be spiritual we need to seek spiritual things. In order to seek spiritual things we must focus upon heaven, not as a place to live, but as the home of God and His Son, Jesus and the standards that originate from there. In order to seek the things which are above we must 1) Value the things which are above, 2) Visualize the things which are above, and 3) Venture the things which are above. This lesson encourages everyone to have an attitude of spirituality in all aspects of life.
