“Eucharist” And “Sacrament” – What Are They?

Which would be correct here, and why? Also, what about other terms such as, Communion, as well?”
The terms “eucharist” and “sacrament” are of Roman Catholic origin and are not found in the Bible.
The term, “communion,” however, is found in the Bible and means “joint participation in” or “fellowship.” An example would be in 1 Corinthians 10:16, referring to the Lord’s Supper.
