You may have been personally acquainted with Bobby Bates. If not, you have probably heard his name or read his writings in the area of personal evangelism. You may also have used his evangelism materials to teach the lost. Preaching and teaching the gospel and helping others to do the same was his life. Bobby passed away in September of 2001, however his influence is still being felt the world over. Before Bobby’s death he had written several books which were at that time being prepared for publication. The Lord willing, that will still be accomplished. I am excited to tell you that the first one, entitled Fishing For Men is now off the press.
