TITLE: Getting Out of our Comfort Zones in Christian Kindness

PROPOSITION: Christian kindness requires us to leave our comfort zones to practice 1) Charity, 2) Compassion, and 3) Courtesy.

OBJECTIVES: The listener should be able to recognize scriptures discussion charity, compassion, and courtesy and state prime examples of each as an action of life.

AIM: To present to average” members ways in which they can work in the kingdom of God.

INTRODUCTION:

1. Read: 2 Timothy 4:11 “Only Luke is with me . . . .”

2. About the Text:

1) Paul was imprisoned by the Roman emperor.

2) He was in a Roman cell.

3) He was soon to be executed.

4) Luke was with him.
